1. You say the government will get most of the money back. But beware the political process. Now that the money is out there, private interests will do their best to keep it. There will be lobbying to forgive the loans, for example, because they “can’t afford” to pay them back.

  2. Lucid reporting of Supreme Court of India & High Court judgments is a fundamental rubric of the rule of law in India. Copyrighting these judgments will create a private monopoly over a public resource the access to which is the right of every citizen. The Hon'ble Supreme Court has missed an opportunity in this regard.
